Tyrone D. Taborn, Publisher and CEO of Career Communications Magazine is proud to announce that Mordechai Levin, Executive Director of Masterflight Foundation was named a Modern Day Technology Leader at the 24th annual National Black Engineer of the Year Awards Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Global Competitive Conference. The Leadership Luncheon took place on Friday, February 19, 2010.

“Modern-Day Technology Leaders are men and women who are demonstrating outstanding performance and will shape the future course of engineering, science and technology,” Taborn says. “Capt. Levin has been an inspiring role model to others and he clearly deserves this national recognition.”

Each year, recipients of this honor are selected by the Council of Engineering Deans of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the Lockheed Martin Corporation and US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine. The award highlights technology leaders whose stories will inspire other leaders.
